Creating workers in day2 operation sometimes fails when SELinux is enabled on KVM Host #183

When you create additional workers in day-2 operation, then the new KVM instance is
successfully created. But, the new KVM instance fails to start after reboot, because of a missing SELinux entry.
This problem was seen with RHEL8.7 and Ansible 8.1.

The workaround is to disable SELinux on the KVM host.
