Unable to install a first time game while in QA Mode

Describe the bug

While QA Mode is enabled the user is not able to install a brand new game that has not had a prior release. An error is displayed instead of the game page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enabled QA Mode
2. Go to the store and click into any brand new game (Medieval Empires ATM)
3. Observe error on game page

Expected behavior

The user is taken to the game page and can download it as normal
