[Sustainability] Refactor system information into shared npm package between Heroic and HyperPlay

We currently duplicate the backend code for getting the detailed system information across Heroic and HyperPlay.

Added to HyperPlay on this PR:
#784

We could break out the backend components of this feature into a shared library to consolidate maintenance efforts, make it easier/possible for other projects to utilize this functionality (and help maintain it), and improve test-ability of the code.

This is a longer term sustainability issue if we have time to revisit in the future.
