As a Rene or Winston
I am curious to see the source data for the scores
So that I can evaluate the provenance of the data/score

Def of Done
When the score is clicked it would slide down to reveal a list of data types, PUC/Tags, Number of products, document ids, and sub score of each.
If the score is clicked again it would slide back up and hide this info
