Figure out why ~ and | do not prompt IntelliSense #5

I swear this used to happen, but it no longer does.

The intention was when you entered ~ all HubL tags/functions showed up, but you need to first hit the first character of the prefix

Might be not possible microsoft/vscode#62906

Based on microsoft/vscode#62906 (comment), we should try to add these characters as "words" to the language/grammars
