Core Cluster Missing

Within the International Education Track, there seems to be a missing core cluster of "Education Abroad" which is distinct from incoming student full-degree recruitment (which is what most of the information seems focused on and is exclusive to earning a full degree abroad). There is an entire profession regarding partnership using B2B2C connections (company or government acting as a conduit between educational institutions offered as a service to university's currently matriculated student populations), connecting university and secondary students to institutions willing to host them for a short term, with the understanding that credits earned will be transferred back to the "home" institution. A well known example of this is Erasmus exchange in Europe, or a host of private companies offering the connection and support services such as my employer, International Studies Abroad (ISA).
