Uncaught exception in inforecords admin #225

Exception Type: IntegrityError at /admin/inforecords/station/add/
Exception Value: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "inforecords_station_number"
DETAIL:  Key (number)=(514) already exists.

This should be properly handled, and an error should be displayed.
