Retrain PhotoManipulation models with better representative Data

Photomanipulation was trained using a dataset pulled from instagram using this by various searches/hashtags. https://github.com/instaloader/instaloader

google cloud vision AutoML was used to produce a tensorflowjs classification.

good task for ML engineer to take over. this is just producing a new model and dropping it into the models folder overwriting the existing model.
