random forest feature importance plot should have fixed height bars and scale the plot as n increases #459

This requires #458 to be fixed first

  • investigate if it's possible to keep the bars a constant height and scale the plot as the feature_importance_limit increases.
  • For example, a graph for a model with 100 features should be 5 times taller than a graph for a model with 20 features.
