Ignore `nan`s when looking at categories #434

Added new factor levels to a column. developSet contained (Hot, Cold), deploySet contained (Frozen, NaN, Cold). I got the warning about new categories for both Frozen and nan. I think that this warning should not flag nan as new categories.
