Format the 'Live' Tab

Follow the acceptance criteria for formatting the live tab. It is a landing page for info hackers need for the event.

Acceptance Criteria

  • It should have a title saying 'HackNC 2023 Live'
  • Below, there should be a countdown that says 'Until Hacking Ends!' -- this should be set to 0 as hacking has not started
  • Below, there should be a set of links to discord, devpost, a team matching form, and hacker guide
  • Below, there should be the WIFI information (name of WIFI and password {can be fillers for now})
  • Below, there should be a location map, like it is on this page: http://fall2022.hacknc.com/live.html (scroll down for the map)
  • Below, copy the same parking info from the 2022 page
