Should we track the newer image formats? #616

There’s a lot of interest about the next generation of image formats, primarily AVIF and JPEG-XL.

Should we have a graph for each of these looking at % sites that have at least one of these images?

Could also add one for WebP - will that see a drop off as people migrate to the newer format and keep the old reliables of JPG/PNG as fallback without also supporting WebP?

This is the goal of HTTPArchive/data-pipeline#23, as the Media chapter is presumably looking into adoption of newer image formats. So there'd be a Media report on the website with charts for each of these.
