[Enhancement] Request Similar Button brings IMDB/TVDB IDs to new form

Currently when on a Media page and you click the Dots>Request Similar it only brings over the TMDB ID, and the user has to search out the IMDB and TVDB IDs to be able to successfully make the request. With the latest Media Page GUI changes to turn the ID links into images and remove the TVDB link altogether, this makes it increasingly more painful to gather the data that the system should already know.

Do not normally deal with MAL ID, but assume it should be the same there.
