About Render SMPL mesh

Hello! I successfully ran python -m visualize.render_mesh --input_path /path/to/mp4/stick/figure/file and obtained files in .obj and smpl_params.npy formats. What should I do next to visualize them? Since I have not worked with 3D mesh before, do I need to download software like Blender on my computer?
