Argentina Data Wrong

Hi!

I have some diffences between the data source that you are using (https://news.qq.com/zt2020/page/feiyan.htm#/country?ct=Argentina) and the data that your package return with function get_nCov2019().

A week ago data for Argentina does not change. The number of deaths is greater than the real number, and the confirmed cases are lower than the real number.

The strange thing is that the data source is fine, but the package make something wrong for Argentina at least
