Issue de instalación Anaconda en Windows 7 de 32bit #15

Al instalar Anaconda durante el curso en una notebook con Windows 7 de 32 bit saltó el error:
Failed to create Anaconda menus. Luego del mensaje, aparecía un cartel de instalación exitosa, pero no lo fue.

En stackoverflow recomiendan utilizar la versión 2019.07 del instalador de Anaconda.

Dejo el issue como registro del error. Si esa versión funciona lo comento acá y lo cierro.
