Moving forward and at some date during 2021-Q2 i will split the current docker image into two separate docker images that is more specific for what they will provide and be capable of. Redis cluster will be only supporting a cluster and sentinel only a sentinel setup.

This job will be done after the standalone removal will be done.

Suggested docker images

grokzen/redis-cluster
grokzen/redis-sentinel

Both images will support the same versions and be built and work as similar as possible.
