Loading extension fails in Visual Studio 2015 #14

I try to use the extension "Open in Emacs" in VS 2015 (Version 14.0.25431.01 Update 3, to be more specific). It installs without errors, but an error is displayed when loading the settings page after restarting VS (Tools - Options - Open in Emacs): "An error occurred loading this property page". Do you have a clue what this means or what I can do to debug this issue?

Not sure of cause, will leave this issue open til I have time to address. Thanks.
