Create IF Project page for Stakeholders

Why: To keep all stakeholders up to date with what's going on in the Project and how they can get involved
What: Create a centralised public page that hosts info about the IF project for all stakeholders with relevant links to more info

Scope of work:

• Design the page in notion that includes the current wiki info and place for PPPs
• Propose Design for the PPP content as last week as an example (ppp, highlihghts)
• Propose Design for Change logs / demos of released features
• Propose Design for a Roadmap
• Prep documentation on the process for keeping this page up to date
• Prep documentation on the process of how the page is distributed to stakeholders
• Review and feedback on all deliverables
• Incorporate feedback
