Ultimate notification control is breaking notification of Google Messages

The Ultimate notification makes incorrect notification behavior of Google Messages SMS client also as LineageOS stock SMS client (messaging). After enabling default settings in The Ultimate notification control or separately on a per-app basis both of these SMS clients are:

1. stopping using per-conversation notification configuration especially sounds: the sound of received message repeats previous notification sound even the conversation sound set to other media file
2. playing correct configured notification sounds after tapping "Mark as read" or dismissing the previous notification from the status bar

How to repeat:

1. Install Google Messages SMS client
2. Create two or more conversation
3. Configure different notification sounds for all the conversations
4. Close the Messages application to the home launcher or any other app
5. Send an SMS message from the first peer to this testing smartphone
6. You should get sound from the first conversation, but don't dismiss notification in the status bar
7. Send a message from the second peer to this testing smartphone
8. You will get the same sound as from the first conversation, not as configured!

Looks like this is an error of GravityBox Ultimate notification control because after disabling the default configuration of Ultimate notification control or on a per-app basis, you'll get second message with the correct notification sound.

Also, if you will not dismiss both notifications after paragraph 8, try to do the next steps.
9. Dismiss the notification from the first conversation by tapping "Mark as read"
10. You'll get the second conversation notification sound.

This is also unexpected behavior of the Messages application. In case of disabled Ultimate notification control or on a per-app basis for Messages, there will be no notification sound after dismissing the first or second notification.
