ノートパソコン win10 home 64bit版 解像度1920x1080 サブディスプレイを利用したデュアルディスプレイ環境で利用し始めましたところ、提督業アプリの左横に線がサブディスプレイの左寄せに表示した時だけ発生しました。
ディスプレイ設定 -> ディスプレイ -> テキスト、アプリ、その他の項目のサイズを変更する：100%
の100%がそれより拡大する設定にすると発生します
