Team Folders Understanding

I am utilizing the FAST stages to setup an organization. At the Team folders stage in 1-resman I config a terraform.tfvars. I am following along and assume that my terraform apply will create these folders in the Managed Resources of my GCP project. I do not see any of the results discussed in my GCP organization.

Should I expect these results?

• a "Team A" folder under the "Teams" folder
• one GCS bucket in the automation project
• one service account in the automation project with the correct IAM policies on the folder and bucket
• a IAM policy on the folder that assigns roles/viewer to the team-a group
• a IAM policy on the service account that allows team-a to impersonate it

NOTE: I ran the stage-links.sh steps and ln commands then created terraform tfvars with team_folders values. I did skip the Lightweight multi-tenancy step.

I figured it out. I did not configure the fast_features variable in the 0-bootstrap state to include teams with a boolean true. After revisiting 0-bootstrap state and reapplying my teams_folders variable in 1-resman is working now.
