Why was aws_set_credentials changed to delimit to fields 3 and 4 instead of fields 1 and 2?

I was using this to setup a VPN in a migrate for compute engine lab and the aws_set_credentials script no longer works because the csv credential files downloaded from AWS only have two fields: Access Key(1), Secret Key(2).
