What feature(s) are you requesting?

There is already an template SpannerChangeStreamsToPubSub which publishes spanner change records to Pub/Sub but doesn't guarantee any ordering.

To add a new similar template which orders/sorts change records (within primary key / configurable partition) and publishes to pub/sub with ordering enabled.
