As MCBooster has been superseded by Hydra and will no longer be supported we should also move on to Hydra.

For version 2.1 Hydra may be optionally available, based on NVCC version.
For version 2.2 it should be enough to just move the existing parts of MCBooster out and substitute by Hydra. Later on one can think about utilizing more of Hydra's features.
