On 4.3.1, I get this error: "Parse Error: Identifier "XRToolsUserSettings" not declared in the current scope."

This happens when installing the plugin via zip/Asset Library and installing with "Ignore asset root" checked (this is the default when installing via AssetLib) Nevermind, this is how it's meant to be installed

Update: I retried the installation in a blank project and didn't run into this issue

Fixed by submitter - plugin not enabled
