The livestream viewer (on live.gitcommit.show) should be able to see the schedule/agenda of the event so they can decide their availability accordingly without breaking their flow of watching the stream. Currently, the user has to navigate away from livestream page to schedule page to see the schedule.

  • Decide the UI layout
  • Code frontend
  • Code backend

Brainstorming UI. I can imagine two ways to do so

  1. Add a "Schedule" button on the main menu and on clicking it, scroll to a schedule section on the bottom of the page which has the complete schedule
  2. Add a "Schedule" button on the livestream window bottom bar and on clicking it, show the schedule in the livestream video box itself

I think the first one is relatively easy to execute. It will look good on small screen as well, 2nd one reduces the area available to show the schedule. Can't think of any drawback of the approach.
