Edit text in Custom LAN

Description: It would be cool if this mod was integrated with Custom LAN as they add many features and commands to LAN which would be cool if they could be same for when opening a world to friends with this mod. Also when clicking on 'Open to Friends', it opens the Custom LAN screen rather than the world host screen. It would be great if the screen that world host has, could somehow be shown / intergated on the Custom LAN screen.

I mean, I believe Custom LAN will work, although the custom text doesn't show and there's no indication of it working (other than your world showing up for friends). I haven't yet tested though, and I admit the UX with Custom LAN is less than ideal.
