[Bug]: Rust Oxide Mod Install does not include Harmony Mod

Further information

Running Carbon Mod install causes a lag spike every 5 min - there is talk it's because of the ping estimation however just running Oxide I have not experienced this. Could we get Harmony Mod to be installed as part of the Oxide install - It seems like this was a thing a few years back
