前後端可以共同維護和設定卡片相關的資訊
資料放在 DB (可以設定卡片資訊、圖片、張數、遊戲版本)
API 需要的資訊
- 卡片中文名稱
- 顏色
- 花費
- 中文描述
- 圖片的 base64
