[VC] EntryInfoNode not correcting North Point Mall crash

I ran into an issue where my game crashes upon entering the North Point Mall as I approach the Gash store. Following the tip posted here on the GTAForums, I opened the Limit Adjuster and changed EntryInfoNode = 3200 to 30000, but it doesn't fix the issue.

I have Mod Loader, ASI Loader, and Cleo mods installed. I uninstalled everything including Limit Adjuster just to check, but was experiencing the crash without any mods installed too. I'm pretty new to modding these types of games so please let me know if there's any other info I could provide or if it sounds like I did/could be doing something incorrectly! Thanks :-)
