[SA] Broken Gang member NPC AI

Not sure what's the cause but I tried using OLA on fresh install with nothing but silent patch and widescreen mod and gang members still refuse to take command for me.

Example: using H key (default PC key to set homie in one spot) sometimes work and sometimes it doesn't. No other mod is conflicting so it has to be OLA fault unless widescreen or silent patch is issue here?
Only G key works and even that has issue as NPC take weird route to follow CJ.
