Limit Adjuster support for GTA 3 1.0?!?!

I downloaded Project2DFX for GTA 3 then I saw that it needed Limit Adjuster to work... When I used Limit Adjuster, it just crashes on the loading screen and it doesn't say a pop-up that I need the 1.1 version of GTA 3.... I tried an older version of the Limit Adjuster and the game freezed... It fully covered the screen that the only thing I see is Claude standing in a street being my desktop background... I opened Task Manager to end it but the game won't minimize its screen... Had to restart my PC just to exit GTA 3... So will there be a support for GTA 3 1.0???
