Enable a single website to list multiple domains or redirects

Currently, the website inventory in Touchpoints may have a small number of duplicate entries because a website may be hosted at multiple domains and/or redirects. For example: www.gsa.gov and gsa.gov, and search.gsa.gov all resolve to https://www.gsa.gov.

Yet, the actual website application and infrastructure is a single instance.

This story is about eliminating duplicate website record entries,
while retaining the reporting ability to reconcile a comprehensive TTS Site Scanning list with the Touchpoints website/registry inventory.

Acceptance Criteria

Given a Website record exists (example.gov)
When WebsiteManager add a second domain (www.example.gov) in the input text field under aliases and press Enter
Then WebsiteManager sees www.example.gov and example.gov listed.
