The method "utcnow" in class "datetime" is deprecated
Use timezone-aware objects to represent datetimes in UTC; e.g. by calling .now(datetime.UTC)

All places where we are using datetime.datetime.utcnow(), it needs to be restructured to use datetime.datetime.now(datetime.UTC).
