Organization Invite Link is Broken

Right now the service invite email has "Join Service", but the organization invite has a big ugly URL that wraps several times. This wrapping seems to cause some kind of corruption, because if you copy the link and paste it into the browser it works, but if you click on it, it does not.

Join Organization <-- you can try this format in the templates.json (API repo), then run poetry run flask run update-templates to see if that works (edited)
