A proof of concept (POC) request has been issued to make the policy matrix page more dynamic, so people can interact with it.

The following enhancements were requested:

Provide a legend for navigation to each section of content.
Provide contextual color coding to the accordions within each section of content.
Display items sorted and grouped.
Provide an area for Annual updates.
