In order to begin the assessment for Data.gov's 2024 ATO renewal, the team needs to update both SSPPs

Acceptance Criteria

• GIVEN the Authority To Operate renewal requirements
  THEN Data.gov team has updated google docs to submit for assessment for Data.gov and SSB.
