DOT: Updated JSON File w/Schema 2.0.0

[DOT JSON Inquiry submission]

I wanted to follow up on the issues below. The dashboard shows that DOT is green but also noting that we are at 1.0.1 version and our last JSON submission is using 2.0.0. We just wanted to ensure that we are doing this the correct way.
