Create system and interface elemental definitions

In order to align the system terminology to the interface terminology for the purposes of shared understanding and documentation, the goal of this ticket is to create a set of definitions for the different elements within the A2J system. These sections on FigJam are the first and second passes at this ticket. There is a start at attribute definition within the information architecture diagram in the same FigJam.

Acceptance criteria:

• Definitions for the various elements of the application are documented and shared on this ticket.
• Definitions are used in subsequent design annotations related to building a form from scratch and building a form from a PDF.
• Attributes per definition are additionally defined to document requirements and behavior such as required/optional, character length, etc.
