User story: As a federal employee or the media, I want to read about 10x's contributions and impact in a given year.

Expectations: Design will be both reusable and allow for each year to be unique.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

  • Use FY23 content and design sample page utilizing previous designs as a starter point
  • Feedback from stakeholders
  • Refine designs with feedback
  • Pass off design to be used in previous years' designs that are not PDFs

DEFINITION OF DONE

  • Acceptance criteria met
  • Usability validated
  • Design QA passed
  • Accessibility tests passed
  • KPIs identified
  • Code refactored for clarity
  • Dependency Rule followed
  • Development debt eliminated
  • Source code merged
  • Code reviewed
  • Build process updated
  • Load/performance tests passed
  • Documents are updated
