Vote notification emails

Proposed feature or solution

Give an option for people to be notified by email when others vote on a crab.fit

Alternatives

Useful notification options would be

1. when anyone votes,
2. when X number of attendees have voted,
3. when any given time receives X votes (ie quorum is achieved).

Additional information

I issued a crab.fit by email and heard nothing back. I went in to the crab.fit again and found that people had voted without responding to my email. Unfortunately the consensus date is now in the past, but I assumed nobody had voted. It would be great if it wasn't necessary for attendees to tell the organiser they have voted, or for the organiser to need to regularly check back in on the poll.
