Depressing Alt does not deactivates it

Running on Windows 7.
FS-UAE_3.1.66_Windows_x86-64.zip
FS-UAE-Launcher_3.1.68_Windows_x86-64.zip
(also with FS-UAE-Launcher_3.1.70_Windows_x86-64.zip)

I start FS-UAE from launcher, as windowed. Then I press Alt+Enter (or Alt+F) once, to move to full screen. However next time I press any key, that has Alt+key configured as FS-UAE shortcut (without Alt key being pressed anymore!), it triggers that action. Until I press Alt again.
Example sequence:

1. Alt+F - goes fullscreen (correct)
2. F - goes back to window (without Alt being pressed!)
3. F - goes back to fullscreen (without Alt being pressed!)
   ...
4. Press only Alt (this seems to deactivate it)
5. F - does nothing (correct)

On contrary, pressing alternative shortcut (F12+F) works correctly.
