Icon request: icon-helpdesk

Okay... Let's suppose that we've sold a software recently(we = my company). Occasionally, the client has encountered a bug and want to report it to us, developers. A specific department of our company will get this complaint and then, the developers, will solve the problem.

I'd like to ask for an icon that represents a number of occurrences, complaints, reports. Events which get the help desk, involved. In fact, it is very simple. Below, I will place a image of my ideia.
