We have some capacity on Summit that could be available for F@H. Are there binaries available for ppc64-el? or can we compile it on our own?

Thanks so much for offering! We don't have builds of the client or cores for PPC64LE right now, but other binding affinity small molecule prioritization workflows from @aclyde11 are probably higher value for running on Summit for COVID-19 projects right now.

thanks @jchodera! @aclyde11 we're happy to use our Summit allocations for any workload that might be useful. We also have a lot of (non-GPU) capacity on the distributed LHC computing infrastructure (both HPC and HTC) that we are happy to contribute.
