问题描述：该课程章节列表为乱序，直接导致获取的课件和视频章节数错误。

实际下载结果

课件的“第八章”是课程列表的第八个，但实际上它是第六章医学节肢动物的内容😶

还有一点很有意思，Outline.txt 的大纲顺序正确……

课件的顺序是以网页上显示的先后顺序进行排序的，而不是以课件标号进行排序，因为课件的标号并没有统一的规范，所以这个乱序重排做起来应该并不是很方便（这个问题可以在中M反馈下）

至于 outline ，同样是按照网页上的顺序依次写入，所以一定和下载的课件结构是一致的
