Description

As an: administrator of FlowFuse

I want to: allow CPU bursts

So that: the user gets to use FlowFuse / Node-RED faster and the server has higher CPU utilization

@MarianRaphael I think the priority isn't high at this time, but created it just to keep track of this.

I'm going to move this to driver-k8s as that is where the work needs doing
