No Signup link after installing

I've removed and reinstalled Wanderer (deleted all containers/images/volumes) and did
docker compose pull && docker compose up -d

Now it is up, but I don't see any registration link.
How do I create new user? Is this a bug?

You can make a new account at http://<your_wanderer_url>/register. You can reach the page by clicking the "Make one" link on the login page. If this page and/or the link is unavailable it might be that you accidentally set the PUBLIC_DISABLE_SIGNUPenvironment variable to true.
