Custom Dolphin Deeds

Describe the enhancement you're suggesting.

Would it be possible to add custom deeds that an app could register?
I am working on adding new types of apps, and thought it would be fun to integrate them with the dolphin, but it looks like the deeds and associated metadata are simply hard coded in the official firmware. I came here looking to see if this was still the case and it looks like it. I think an easier way for apps to integrate with the dolphin would be great.
