Tying IRC and the *arr module closer together.

Firstly, I love Flexget. Thanks to the developers for your hard work on such a valuable tool.

I use an existing tool which I think has been abandoned so want to replace it with something more reliable and well-maintained. I want to be able to listen on IRC, then pass releases to the *arr apps (ie Sonarr / Radarr) for evaluation of their watch list. I'm already using Flexget's IRC module with great success, and I see that the Sonarr API is already integrated, so I don't think it's a stretch to get the functionality working.

It'd simply be a matter of utilising the specific API call. The Release-Push call would do exactly that, and is properly documented on the API page.

Have I missed an opportunity to do it in the current architecture, or is this easily implemented?
